3 Levels of Mold Inspection

Our licensed mold inspectors offer three levels of mold inspection.

Level 1 - Limited mold sampling detects the presence of mold contamination of areas the client indicates. This is the quickest, most affordable inspection available, but is limited in scope. The client cannot be sure that mold is not present in the areas not inspected.

Level 2 - This level of service provides a visual inspection of the entire property looking for the red flag signs of mold. Limited sampling may be conducted. If red flags are found, our inspectors will advise the client and offer suggestions for further sampling. This level of inspection is used often in real estate transactions and mold remediation projects.

Level 3 - This intrusive inspection is extensive and exhaustive. Our specialists will attempt to make as many inaccessible areas accessible through the use of specialized equipment and by removing some barriers. Sometimes it is necessary to drill small holes or remove wall fixtures. This level of service is more of an investment than the others but guarantees that we are able to find all mold and remove it. We require that our customers sign a written agreement prior to this kind of inspection.
