Corey was wonderful! He came out for our yearly service (for the second year in a row) and was courteous, professional and thorough...Couldn't be more pleased...We'd like to request that Corey do our service every year!

Customer Service is fantastic. Basement Technologies always calls to remind me to schedule my annual inspection. Also, I know when the tech arrives he/she wil be polite, informative and efficient when conducting the inspections.
This year, my Technician, Giovanni, arrived on time. Giovanni performed the service, cleaned up when finished and explained everything he had done to ensure my systems were up to date and properly functioning.
I will stick with Basement Technologies to ensure my basement stays dry even in the heaviest of rainfalls.

Corey C. was great during our check in for sump pumps and drainage. He was kind, thorough, and helpful.

I have been working with BusyDog since 2015. The system installed works well. There have been some issues that couldn't get resolved. Until their service man Archie showed up. very personable, knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. Took his time to explain things. Actually showed me how things work. I have decided that when my yearly maintenance is due, I will only have Archie come to do the service for as long as he works there.
You should be very glad Archie works for you, and show him your appreciation. Thank you Archie

I have had a pump in my basement installed by BusyDog. They have come every year to service it. I have not had a drop of water in my basement for the over 10 years. I have only had to replace my backup battery for my system once. Tech - Corey C came the past 2 years . He wason time and was very professional. I recommend this business highly.

I bought my house in North Andover, MA, one year ago, and almost one year to the date of moving in, there was water pouring into my basement. The more the water poured in, the more I cried and the less sleep I got. I met with six companies, and the last company I met with was 1-800-Busy-Dog. From the initial contact with Debbie, my conversation with her throughout the evaluation process, her evaluation of the leakage, the type of foundation I have, and her responses to my questions, which were more of educating me, I knew that she cared and was here to help me. When she gave me what the final cost would be, which was the lowest of all the companies I met with, I made my decision on the spot to hire them to waterproof my basement. The company called me a few days later to finalize the contract, and they were here the next Monday. Lenny, Terrance, and David came to my home to start the job, and again from the first meeting, all three men were friendly, they immediately put my mind at ease, but most of all, they were very professional. The job was completed in record time and I am very satisfied with the finish product. The men left my basement cleaner and more presentable than they found it. There's more work to be done in my basement, and I will reach out to 1-800-Busy-Dog and request this same team to do the job. Hopefully, you will never need to waterproof your basement, but if you do, I wholehartidly recommend 1-800-Busy-Dog. Their work is great but their staff is the best. They really do care for their customers.
