I'm writing this nearly one year after the basement waterproofing work was done, and I'm still very happy ! For many years I tolerated puddles and dampness. However, now the basement is totally dry. There has not been a drop of water or dampness in my basement and adjacent garage at any time since BusyDog installed the interior drain system and two sump pumps. The workers did a careful and neat job. They were clearly very experienced with this type of installation. The work was completed in three days as promised. We had a minor problem that was addressed to my satisfaction. The office staff at BusyDog were accessible and responsive. I highly recommend BusyDog.
